Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use arkaqua.com.au, request a consultation, or purchase a water filtration system or service from ARK HOME SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (ABN 18 698 217 908), trading as Ark Aqua Filtration (“Ark Aqua”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a consultation request or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Ark Aqua supplies and installs whole-home water filtration systems, and provides ongoing support, maintenance, and replacement filter cartridges. Our website provides information about these services and a way to request a free consultation. Submitting a consultation request does not itself create a binding contract for installation — that happens once you accept a quote we provide following the consultation.

Quotes and pricing

Because system size, installation complexity, and site conditions vary by property, we provide pricing following a consultation or site assessment rather than as a fixed online price. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and may change if site conditions differ from what was assessed.

Installation and access

For installation and servicing, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the relevant areas of your property at the agreed appointment time. If access isn’t available and we’re unable to complete the work as scheduled, a rescheduling or call-out fee may apply, as set out in your quote.

Product shipping

Replacement filter cartridges and select products are shipped Australia-wide. Installation services are provided in person by our technicians within our serviced area (Greater Sydney and the Hills District). Shipping timeframes and costs for products are confirmed at the time of order.

Warranty

Products and installation work are covered by the warranty terms set out on our Warranty page, in addition to any consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or installation appointment by contacting us before the scheduled time. Cancellation terms for confirmed installation bookings, if any fee applies, will be set out clearly in your quote before you accept it.

Website use

Content on this website, including text, images, and product descriptions, belongs to Ark Aqua or its licensors and is provided for your general information. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for issues arising from our services is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
